All goods at CHOPAR are quality goods. If, contrary to expectations, there is an error or defect in an item, you should of course contact us. We will do everything we can to resolve the complaint, and you will generally have the item repaired or exchanged.
As a general rule, goods produced to order cannot be exchanged. If there is an error in the order, we will work together with you to find the cause of the error and thus agree on a solution that satisfies both parties. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 weeks, the complaint is always considered to be timely.
CHOPAR gives no guarantee for glitter, stones, sequins, lace, net and the like.
All our suits have a tolerance of +/-2 cm.
If the item cannot be repaired, a new one must be sewn. We do everything we can to get it done quickly, but as these are made-to-order items, waiting time must be expected depending on the type and quantity of the item. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior that has caused the defect.
For goods produced to order, the delivery time is generally 8 weeks from the order date. Always refer to the order confirmation that you receive from CHOPAR.
The buyer is invoiced for the current freight price.
If you want to have custom designs made of either gym clothes or jackets, the following rules apply:
1. The order must be min. 15 pieces.
2. the price for development is determined when we know the scope of the task. Contact us with your requirements to get a price.
3. You have the option of having a sample of your design sewn. If you want more than one sewn sample, this costs DKK 700 per part.
CHOPAR has ownership of the first sewn sample.
CHOPAR has the rights to all models including special designs.
Individual customization with +/- on leg or sleeve length. This includes an additional price
For made-to-order items produced specifically for your team, it is not possible to cancel an item or reduce the number of units. If it is a stock item in a stocked color, it may be possible to cancel the order in some cases, but all costs incurred to produce the units will be invoiced.
As part of our service, for the same season as your main order, you can reorder as little as a single piece of your order-produced item. However, for sublimation suits, the minimum quantity is 3 pieces. The order will be treated as a completely new order in terms of delivery time, shipping, price, etc. However, the production process for single pieces is very costly, which is why an additional price of at least 20% per piece must be expected compared to the 6 - 15 piece price. For some product types, such as sublimated products, the surcharge will be higher. Inquire about prices and options at CHOPAR.
CHOPAR reserves full ownership with the associated rights over the goods until final payment has been made.
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier or the postal service. If it has been agreed in advance with the carrier that the goods may be left without receipt, CHOPAR is not liable if the goods should disappear or be damaged.
Should the delivery be prevented in whole or in part due to force majeure, it exempts CHOPAR from any liability. Force majeure includes labor disputes, war, civil war, blockade, blockades, closures, transport delays, political unrest, government intervention, lack of fuel, or other external circumstances that affect delivery.
