Beautiful skirt in lightweight quality with fine ruffles - perfect over our simple gymnastics outfits. This skirt is also available for small kids - down to size 2 years. NOTE: The skirt is sewn together using a seam at the waist, which means that the skirt can feel tight at the waist when new. After the skirt is sewn together, this stitching no longer has any function, so we recommend that you pull hard on the elastic a few times to make the stitching pop (you will hear the thread pop). The skirt is then ready for use.
