All products from CHOPAR SPORT are quality products. If contrary to all expectations an error or a defect occurs in a product, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do anything possible to remedy the complaint, and you will normally get your purchased items repaired or replaced.
If you wish to return the product due to complaints or misdelivery, please complete and include our return form along with your item. Goods returned COD (collect on delivery) or sent without postage are refused by CHOPAR SPORT unless there is an agreement. See return note below.
You have 2 years warranty according to Danish law. Normally your purchased items will be repaired if the product has visible factory defects. Products that cannot be repaired will be exchanged for a new product the same size and model. The claim must be justified and the defects must not have
been caused by misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour to the product.
You must claim within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you claim within 2 weeks, this will always be considered to be timely.
CHOPAR SPORT offers a 2 week return policy from the day you receive the item. The product returned must of course be unused and in the same condition as when received. IMPORTANT: The product can only be returned when all labels are intact and still attached to the goods. This assures you as a customer that you will always receive a product that has not been used. It is the buyer's responsibility and cost to return an item. All products being returned must be securely wrapped.
3. Exchange an item
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, you must return the product and make a new order via the webshop. When we receive the returned parcel the amount of the purchased item(s) will be transferred to your account within 5 working days. This ensures that the desired size has not in the meantime been sold out. Goods returned COD (collect on delivery) or sent without postage will be refused by CHOPAR.
