Shipping Policy

We work hard to meet all delivery times, but sometimes there may be delays - eg. due to delays at our shipping partners or logistical problems. We will keep you updated as far as we can. You should always be able to track your shipment via a shipping number emailed to you together with your delivery confirmation. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation, check your spam filter because emails may be accidentally placed there.

Our delivery time is approximately 10 weeks from when the order is placed. Confirm the delivery date notified in the order confirmation.

The delivery fee depends on the number of products ordered:

1- 5 pcs: 10€
6-30 pcs: 16€
31-99 pcs: 20€
100-300 pcs: 35€ 
301+ pcs: 70€

Delivery is performed by the freight supplier stated in the delivery confirmation / shipping number sent to you via email / SMS. 

Should your order have been placed as a company, association or a club the freight supplier will deliver the parcel directly to the delivery address indicated in the order. Should your order have been placed by a private person, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest freight supplier’s pick up point. You will receive an email / SMS with additional  information when the parcel is ready to be collected.


Our webshop offers free delivery for purchases over 100€. For purchases less than that, the delivery fee vary due to the country your are ordering from. 
The fee will vi visual for you in the checkout during your purchase. 

The delivery time for stock products is between 3-10 days. Non-stock products for collaboration collections (craft, teejays, etc.) is approximately two weeks.

Delivery is performed by the freight supplier stated in the delivery confirmation and shipping number. All orders include a prepaid return label.

Errors and damages related to transport must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the transport or to the post office. If insured delivery has not been ordered in connection with the order, CHOPAR is not responsible for damages caused during transport.
