1. Purchases at CHOPAR

No binding purchase agreement has been entered into until you have received an order confirmation from CHOPAR.

2. Price

The price shown at the time of ordering is the unit price of the product. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.


We reserve the right to make changes in the following situations:
- Currency changes
- Force majeure
- Errors in the delivery of the product or materials
- Tax changes
- Sold out
- Obvious price and spelling errors

3. Delivery

We offer various delivery options, which may vary depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Payment

Our payment options may vary depending on your location and if your are ordering as a team or as a privat person. Read more about our Payment Policy here 

If your are ordering thorugh our webshop the options for payment online will be visual during the checkout. 

5. Complaints

All products from CHOPAR are quality products. If contrary to all expectations an error or a defect occurs in a product, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do anything possible to remedy the complaint, and your purchased items will normally be repaired or replaced.

If you wish to return the product due to complaints or misdelivery, please complete and include our return form along with your item. Goods returned COD (collect on delivery) or sent without postage are refused by CHOPAR unless there is an agreement. See return note below.

You have 2 years warranty according to Danish law. Normally your purchased items will be repaired if the product has visible factory defects. Products that cannot be repaired will be exchanged for a new product the same size and model. The claim must be justified and the defects must not have been caused by misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour to the product.

6. Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase or are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within a certain period of time. The specific return policy may vary depending on the product category and your location. You can find detailed information about our Return Policy on our website.

7. Delivery terms

Webshop orders for stock items will be dispatched within 1-5 days if the item is in stock. If a product is sold out or in production, you will receive a message with the expected time of delivery.

The buyer will be invoiced for the actual shipping costs.

8. Ownership

CHOPAR reserves full ownership of the associated rights over the goods until final payment is made.

9. Damage during transportation

Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier or post office. If it is agreed in advance with the carrier that the goods may be delivered without receipt, CHOPAR is without responsibility if the product were to disappear or be damaged.

10. Force majeure

CHOPAR is not liable for the delays or damages caused by obstacles which were (i) beyond its control, (ii) unforeseeable at the conclusion of the contract and (iii) unavoidable even by reasonable diligence. Situations considered as force majeure are for instance staff falling ill, war, political obstacles, import and export barriers and disruptions in transport.

11. Counseling responsibilities

CHOPAR's assistance to the buyer or buyer's consultant with technical advice is only considered as indicative and without responsibility for CHOPAR.

12. Product liability

For injury to persons or items as a result of deficiencies or defects in our products, CHOPAR holds responsibility to the extent that liability under mandatory law is imposed on CHOPAR. CHOPAR will, however, in no case be responsible for the loss of profits or other indirect losses.

13. Products

CHOPAR is continuously developing products to stay ahead of the development.
As a consequence of this, designs, range of products, colours, and prices may be subject to changes, compared to those in our catalogue and on our website.

14. Safety

Personal information is used solely in connection with an order. CHOPAR treats all personal information 100% confidentially and in accordance with the Privacy Act. Credit card information is sent encrypted to PBS with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You can control whether you are sending from a secure site by looking for a padlock at the bottom of your browser.
